In this week’s episode, I talk about how to listen, read and respond to your body’s secret insights. In episode 2 we talked about your “Body Story” and how to write down all the things that have happened to your body. When memories of what your body has been through start to show up later, in a hour, a day, a week or longer, these are great clues to what your body has been keeping secret from you.
Also, once these feelings and memories do show up in your memory, I believe that your body is trying to say that you now have the support, energy, time or other parts of your daily environment that make healing of this “secret” possible now that was not possible to heal from in the past.
Paying attention to what your body can tell you, and when, can help you solve mysteries of pain or tension or angst you didn’t understand before. Self awareness is a big part of being able to listen and figure out what your body is trying to communicate.
