In this week’s VERY FIRST episode of Your Body Advocate I introduce what this podcast is about, and explain some of the concepts and theories I use to explain how our body and mind communicate, or not.  My goal with this podcast is to offer as many little gems and insights with you, to encourage you to listen and fight for your body.

Our body needs a voice in our lives, and we ignore it way too much.  If we can “listen” to our body more often and can interpret what it’s trying to tell us, we can make small changes to honor those communications and heal more quickly to live a passion filled life.
