Step 1: Get the BodyMap pack
This pack includes a series of detailed slides illustrating different areas of the body and what they may hold. You’ll also find instructions on how to mark your own observations and insights.
Step 2: Map your Issues
Review the Slides – Familiarize yourself with the diagrams showing body regions and their connections to emotions and experiences.
Reflect on Your Body – Take a few deep breaths and scan your body. Where do you feel tension, discomfort, or warmth?
Mark Your Observations – Using the provided template, circle or highlight areas where you feel sensations and jot down any thoughts that come up.
Consider Patterns – Are there recurring sensations in specific areas? What emotions or situations do they relate to?
